so, it's block leave all the way till Wednesday! (: which is why i actually have time to blog, haha. and i plan to make full use of it to just chill out, relax and enjoy myself, with the awesome company of friends and family of course. but in true school style (after all, it is OCS), we've an assignment due, so what's the deal with that omg. kills the spirit of the block leave la, seriously.

in any case, OCS Delta Wing has been overall, an interesting experience. training to standards suck for trainees like us (as our Wing Comd said so himself), but in the long run, i guess it'll be beneficial la, right. it's gonna be a tough few months ahead, so let's all dig deep and go through it together. (:

that said, i still feel so much more at home in SCS (Specialist Cadet School, that is). granted, you enjoy an easier life at Pasir Laba, but y'know, WOSPECs rock too, really. sometimes the rigidity of regimentation isn't all that necessary, as my time in SCS had shown. anyway, i guess here's a shout out to Delta Coymates (especially awesome Platoon 2 mates and Section 2 mates!) - hope you guys are doing great wherever you are! =D



and yes, Ramadan's just round the corner. (: as much as i look forward to this holy month, it's probably gonna be the toughest Ramadan yet, what with training and Exercises while fasting. i just hope that i'll be able to fulfill my duty as a Muslim and Singaporean as best as i can. may God grant me the strength to go through it all well, InsyAllah.
