hey. sch's over!!! yeah. and hm is leaving too. all the best for your future endeavours. =)
so, hmmm. started off the day with flag-raising. then it was our last class interaction session where we were given lotsa stuff, including report slips and the rp souvenir. however, our pupil development report will be mailed to us coz the printing company or whoever is in charge has encountered some problems. aniwae, for ppl out there who are eager to noe my gpa, it is 3.47. im satisfied, i must say. but how i wished i had done better for my geog ct and tt could've pulled my 64% to a 65%, and thus, getting a B+ instead of B, and an increase of 0.04 in gp. well, many have the same issue as me, so i shan't really complain. =)
next was year head assembly. so fun. hahax. the video was also quite entertaining, tho the music was kinda boring. x) and who can forget the "who's tt?" part. *looks at nabil* =P
got the mexican tradition thingy for goodluck for the year ahead. so cool. hahax.
after tt was the most anticipated event - headmaster's assembly.
hm's speech, headboy's speech, presentation of the stars (i folded some of them kays), mr chan's speech, video. sth like tt larh. bertram, rudy, izat and a few other of batch 2003 came too. but too bad my bro didn't want to. hahax.
aniwae, i got to shake hm's hand twice. hahax. i moved once i shook his hand the first time. and he left in a convertible. mercedes if im not wrong. so coool man. and even a channel i cameraman was there. =)
oh ya. and he said to me and geeva (and to many others i guess), "be a leader tomorrow". ad i wished him goodluck as usual. (dun ask me abt th usual part)
well, it was quite a sad event. but in life, we always have to learn to let go and accept changes. so, to hm wong, all the best for your future endeavours! (again) =)
the academic year is officially over, but there's always the h/w. booo. how time flies.

hey. as some/many of you already noe, i made it throught the ripb elections and im now a prefect. so yeah. i really wanna thank all those who have supported me in one way or another. =) thanx loads guys!
aniwae, tmr marks the end of the academic year of 2004. not a bad start to my sec sch life, i must say. im quite happy at the way tt things have turned out. =)
and, hmmm... i'll keep my maths rep post for next year unless i really can't cope with my duties/resposibilities. "best maths rep ever!" thanx for the compliment. =) hehe.
tmr will also be mr wong's last hm assembly, or assembly for tt matter. i tink he has really done a lot for the sch tho i've only been in RI for less than a year. but anyway, thanx hm wong! all the best in your future endeavours! =)

hey. haven't been updating for quite a while. was busy and tired these past few days. and also, lazy. hehe.
aniwae, had rafflesian spotlight finals on thurs. the contestants were quite good i must say. our deputy headboy, kaiyang, sang 'amazed', and it was very nice. his voice is like so diff when he sings. hahax. at least to my ears. dunno why larh. well, he won 1st in the singing category, and the prize was an apple ipod. so lucky man. yinwei was second and walked away with a creative muvo slim. they were good. the one who got 3rd was also quite good larh. sang 'angel' by sarah mclachlan. just tt his voice is erm, a nono for a guy. but well, it was okay.
in the open category, only polo bodoh was able to entertain me. the rest were so-so larh. and well, polo bodoh deserved to win. walked away with a $300 hmv voucher. cool.
friday was a damn unlucky day for me. bahhh. shan't elaborate. oh ya. when i was checking my ct marks during the verify marklist session, mr soo looked at my marks ah, and then he looked at me and asked in his usual happy manner, "you failed your geog ah?". so, i replied with a yes. hahax.
and yesterday was scouts. so fun man. i wish. hahax.
had investiture in the morning, followed by Time Appropriate for Fitness (TAF) activity, in which a lot of ppl died, including me. x)
had a 2 round warm up jog and stretching. followed by an 8 round run (as a group) with a timing of at most 2min30sec per round. we did quite well (according to the j1s) by clocking abt 22min for the whole run. after tt was the batch TAF activity.
and we (sec1 batch) were lucky to get eugenesng. yeah. he's quite a nice guy larh. =)
first up was lactic training. had to run 800m, 600m, 400m, 200m, and a 100m sprint. all the runs had to be below a certain timing, and erm, eugenesng said tt we were running too fast. dunno larh.
after tt was super arms. had to do 3 x 18 push ups. it wasn't the normal push ups. but instead, it was like every push up divided into 4. so we had to count 1234, 2234, 3234, 4234, tt kinda thing. geddit? hahax. then had to do 8 + 6 + 4 + 2 chin ups. i 'retired' at this part. was too bloody tired already. also did dips. 4 x 15 of them. yeah.
then it was super legs. had to do 2 routines of 15 half squats, standing broad jump (average person = 4), 4 vertical jumps and sbj again.
after tt was abs exercise (or wassit before super legs???). had to do 2 routines of 20 crunches, 30 side crunches, a 30 second 45 degree leg suspension (or however you call it), and a 30 second body balance thingy. i skipped the crunches part and did the other two for this routine. =P
after the whole thing, it was stretching.
after tt, eugenesng told us abt the gtc and stuff. and after tt had to change into scout u for flag lowering. before the flag lowering, we had to do 42 push ups coz some ppl just had to stroll instead of running when they noe tt they were already late. booohooo.
changed back into pe, and was informed tt here wasn't tarian. thankgod. i would've died. so then, i went home. wheee. took a cold shower and slept. =)
so in all, we did:
- 96 push ups
- ran 6.1km
- 20 chin ups (but i didn't)
- 60 dips
- 30 half squats
- standing broad jumps (depends)
- 8 vertical jumps
- 100 crunches
- 2 x 30sec leg suspension

hey. haven't been blogging tt much lately coz im busy with the campaign and stuff. and my speech's tmr! god, im so nervous. hope i won't screw up. x
aniwae, got back all my papers. quite satisfied i must say. but i failed my geog. booo. but thank god it's only 20% of my overall geog marks. for once, im happy with the raffles programme. apart from the through-train to rjc tt is. =)
so here are the results of my common test 2:
eng/lit - 30/40
hml - 77.5/100
geog - 12.5/30
history - 17/25
maths - 44/50
science - 34.5/45
yup. tt's abt all i wanna blog abt. and also, good luck to those who are still having their exams. =)

hey. tmr's gonna be the sec 4s grad ceremony and sadly, im not gonna attend it. =|
aniwae, tt means tt abt 1 year has passed since i attended my bro's grad ceremony.
for my sec4 seniors - my cca seniors, psls, and everyone else - their stay here in ri will come to a close they move on to yet another chapter in their lives, and closing one.
however, im sure tt the friendships forged will not end, but instead, last forever.
life's definitely gonna change without them around. i can still rmbr at the beginning of the year abt worrying of being unable to fit in with the rest of my batchmates and wat more, my seniors. but well, i no longer have tt worry tho i dun not realli have tt close bonds with the sec4s. mebbe a few, i hope.
so to all my cca seniors, psls, and every other sec4 whom i noe, thanx for everything tt you've done. for making me realli feel tt im a rafflesian amongst other stuff. thanx a lot! =)
last but not least, here's me wishing all of you the best in your future endeavours (including your 'o's)! =)

hey. ct so far has been great!... how i wish.
as i've mentioned, hml paper was a killer. booo.
aniwae, yesterday was humanities - geog and hist. and for both papers, i screwed up. wheee. so fun. *sarcastic grin* ahhh. blame it on not mugging. i mean not mugging enough. booo.
maths just now was okay. hoping to get at least an 80%. =) actualli, i was confident of getting full marks, but when i went for my usual a^2 (asking answers) session, i found one mistake. booo. but my hopes are still high. =)
tt's abt all. left sci paper tmr. gotta MUG! yeah.
but after tt, i'll still be busy with my campaigning. yes. campaigning. hopefully, im gonna have a webby, with the help of IT whiz joellow. thanx ya! =)

hey. i've just finished organising stuff to mug into this big blue ring file tt i just bought. i feel so damn happy. dunno why arh, but i always get this feeling of satisfaction whenever i finish filing/organising stuff. wheee.
well, eng/lit paper was okay, except for qn 2 which i was quite confused abt.
but hml paper was erm, damn easy! yay! irellebelef. if only tt was the case. =|
i dun have any idea abt the second meaning of 'iklim' and 'mendorong', and i dun even noe wat 'pergeseran' is. arghhh. and the pembetulan bahasa and imbuhan was disasterous. booo.
aper dahhh. cikgu said tt it was gonna be a bit easier than ct1 paper but sadly, it wasn't. arghhh.
and the best thing is tt i need at least 70% for this paper to get an overall gp of 3.6 or A for hml this year. (based on my own calculations) booo. i must pray real hard now.

hey. didn't update yesterday coz i gotta complete some work. and i slept from abt 2 to 5 this past nites/mornings. guess i'll have to rely on coffee. yeah.
aniwae, yesterday was slacky. had assembly ---> eng/lit ---> phy sci ---> art ---> ne lunch talk.
laughed a lot during the poem recital. hahax. so funny larh some ppl. btw, had mine today. i tink i did okay. =)
phy sci. haiz. got only a mere 7/16 for the spa(stic) thingy larh. and tt pulled my ca grade down from 75+% to 69+%. sigh. hope my bio sci ca and science ct will pull my grades up. *prays hard*
ne lunch talk wasn't tt bad. anish was the emcee. hahax. and shawn chaired the q&a session. so cool. but due to my 3hrs of sleep tt morning, i had to doze off during some parts of the talk. aniwae, the food was okay larh, just tt the rice was a bit the hard. but must bersyukur rite. =)
so today was also slacky. and the result of the ripb elections was announced today. and im proud to say tt i've made it through to the next round - campaigning! wheee. sungguh happy. so you ppl out there (ri students and also ri staff) who tink tt im deserving of a spot in ripb,

hey. life's getting hectic now. ct2 coming up. argh.
just watched 'gilmore girls' and realised how diff uni life would be. haiz. i keep telling myself tt there's always tmr to complete my h/w, but i end up doing on the last day. haiz. how i wish to get back to my guai self again. sigh.
and tmr is gonna be the results. sigh again.
as mentioned, ct2 is coming up. grades' dropping. and others are catching up. many of them. haiz.

just watched 'gilmore girls' and realised how diff uni life would be. haiz. i keep telling myself tt there's always tmr to complete my h/w, but i end up doing on the last day. haiz. how i wish to get back to my guai self again. sigh.
and tmr is gonna be the results. sigh again.
as mentioned, ct2 is coming up. grades' dropping. and others are catching up. many of them. haiz.

heyheyhey. there's no sch today. yay and boohoo. boohoo coz it's gonna be a boring day. ohwells.
aniwae, it's tt mugging period of the year again! and ppl are busy mugging for their ct2, eoy, 'o's, and promos. so good luck to all of ya. =)
i noe tt this is a late goodluck wish to the 3rd lang-ers. im so sori lerrr. all the best for your results then. =)
so im set on completing my h/w today, and mug tmr. yay. im sucha mugger. studious rather. hehe.
and to all hardcore muggers out there, rmbr to chill once in a while. dun mug 24hrs a day. it's erm, too mugger-ish? hahax.
