so enlistment's 12 hours away. TWELVE HOURS OMG.
i must say that it all feels rather surreal now. after all, i still vividly remember how i was all "it's still four long years away" when i saw my brother enter the army in Secondary 3. and then, when i going through Orientation in J1, that changed to "it's still two long years away". and right now, those two years have passed and i'm a mere 12 hours away from having my NRIC taken away and my hair shaved. oh, how time flies! but it's alright, i'm not that overwhelmed la.

in other news - omg, enlistment's in around 36 hours! this is getting unreal, somehow. oh well, i just need to remind myself that it WILL be happening. army life beckons woohoo. speaking of which, my Nokia 1661's battery life is kinda good i must say. i've been using it since yesterday and it's still full five bars. so let's hope it'll last through confinement from 4 Feb till bookout on 12/13/14 Feb. else, i'll be so detached from the mainland oh my! =/
alright, one more day till i have to surrender my IC and lose my most beloved crop of hair!!!

ENLISTMENT'S IN SIXTY HOURS!and right now, i'm rather torn la. not that i'm not looking forward to it at all (on the contrary, i'm excited for a new experience and meeting people and all that jazz), but i guess i just wish i have more time to spend with my wonderful friends (and family of course!). but oh well, let's hope everything turns out well in the army! (:
