the past rawkin' days:-

hml ( hullett memorial library, if you were wondering. not higher malay language. xP ) annual general meeting ( agm in short ) was on wednesday.
the handover of office to the new exco, and also the investiture of new librarians. ahhh... which also means a heavier responsibility tt i have to shoulder. =)
hmmm... we'll see how i'll manage.
anw. yay. i'm photogenic!!! wheee. thanx for the compliment mrsyap. =)
( a boost of the ego once in a while is good. xP heee )
hahax. didn't noe i hogged the camera tt much. and tt pic with orange. was oh-so-gay. =X
but i missed the photo taking after tt. =( boohoo... no chance to showcase more of my photogenic-ness in next year's agm.

heh. then there was the smart trader seminar at meritus mandarin hotel. simply funkayyy. =)
they're having another one today i tink. but anyhow, it was rather interesting to 'venture' into the adult world of investements and all... o.O cool

and there was angmokiosecsch councillors' invest yest ( make tt yest^2 ). =)
was verhverhverh nice. =))) the ppl there were so... themselves.
haiz. =/ reminds me of my somewat deprived freedom of expressing myself.
anw, i had a red carpet reception! wheee. ouhkay. me and nabil. hahax.
OKAY. actually, me and nabil and the other representatives from other schs and the sch's councillors and the staff which practically means everyone there. hahax.
well, you see, they had bothered to put a red carpet along the aisle. ( now you noe... ) so, nearly everyone had to walk on it to get to the seats. so yeah. i walked on the red carpet! =)))
ouh. and even the principal ( an old boy and ex-rjc teacher ) talked to us during tea reception. whee. we felt so important. ( well, i always am. but these are the times when i feel more important. geddit? xP ) and he still remembered the hml badge!
thanx for the warm welcome amkss councillors! =) and special thanx goes to sitee and person ( sorx. i didn't really catch your name =/ ) for attending to our needs and stuff. you ppl simply rawk! =)
ouh. but sadly tho, their invest was a non-school event. so it was a rather small affair. nonetheless, it was great. =)

thennnn... there's the highlight of the week.
me and nabil went towning!!! wheee. haven't done tt sinc eons ago. =/ sad huh.
anw, went to citylink... then to esplanade library. where we were supposedly doing our work at the self-study table. but obviously, we didn't larh. how to study when we're so high and all. soooo... nabil started singing. softly. and he wanted lyrics. so i took out all my lyrics and he sang almost all of the songs tt i had. which was like 10+. hahax. maddo. but still. it was fun! =)
then browse the videos and all. ouh. and quite a number of rjc ppl frequent there. o.O
took pics ( using nabil's n3230 ) in front of the esplanade. at the water thingy. and tt was when i saw the blinding rhythmic lights!!! which were reallyreally bright. and i was tinking tt it was perhaps some ioc thingy ( dumb me xP ). but nabil tot it was ndp. and i felt tt it was rather logical and sound. so unlike mine. hahax.
so... off we went in search of the padang... rushrushrush, buying popcorns along the way.
finally. we reached the padang. but surprisingly, it wasn't cordoned off. o.O
anyhow, it was to our advantage tho, so heck. hahax. and then, we cautiously took our steps, and when we assumed tt it was rather safe to just walk normally on the ground area ( where the ndp emcees usually stand ), we did as such. they were setting up the stage and all. and we got to see it live!!! okay. wateva. then nabil took pic of me with the seats as the background. ( hopefully he'll send me the pic soon ) wheee. i owned the padang!!! hahax. but he didn't get to take a pic of himself tho, coz there was this marshall or wateva he's called, who approached us to tell us to kindly leave the place. coz it was supposed to be out-of-bounds to the public. but yeah. so we explained to him abt the sort-of entrance tt wasn't cordoned off and tt we tot it was alright and all to enter the padang. so blah blah. and just as we stepped out of the padang and approaching the traffic light junction, the lights ( yes, tt same blinding light ) shone on us. =))) wheee. and we felt oh-so important. as tho we were being honoured. hahax. =P
