real bad
sigh. this week has been a reallyreally
bad week. the worst so far, i dare say. =/
and only monday was a rather decent day. tho it also nearly didn't seem so on the morning. oh. wait. it wasn't a decent day afterall. well, the maths test ruined my mood for the day. just coz of a careless mistake i made. 5^3=75. i'm so smart, aren't i?
sightuesday. everything went well until combined re. which was basically our sec2rese finals. was supposed to end by lunch, but noooo, it dragged on till like 2.30pm. and naturally everyone was very restless. and the usual mischievous stuff happened, i suppose, which triggered the later part.
( well i was at prefects' phototaking and when i entered the lt again, it was already near the end. )
and when everyone was so looking forward to being released, we were held back even later, with a scolding from missjacqsim, due to our behaviour. =/
sighwednesday.
geog. absent-minded me left the lyrics of the song for our geog presentation on my comp table, since i printed it only in the morning, and it was rather a rush. and as a result, we had to re-write our song in like, half an hour. =/ not good at all. but ahwell. i tink we did rather good.
oh. and btw, thanx baorong and jianhong, and sorx as well to them and my group members. =X
sighcle. the
climax of the week. the childish game of shooting paper bullets with a rubberband seriously tested mrvincentquek's patience.
( okay. wait. we were also punished by him on monday during pe. same punishment, by the side of the pool. i take back my words. monday was
not at all a good day. =/ )
he already warned them to stop, but noooo. some ppl just love to defy orders. and well. a paper bullet tt hit geeva's neck was all it took for mrquek to get all furious. really
furious. followed by a few minutes of silence.
disturbing silence, might i add. just like the calm sea before a storm (?). but still, no one wanted to admit to the crime. mrquek then uttered "
i'm going to do sth i haven't done in ri yet" and the whole class found ourselves down in push-up position on the junior block atrium. down1down2down3down4down5...
before long, we also found ourselves the centre of unwanted attention.
sightt was veryveryvery bad. well, since mrquek is a really patient teacher, and it must definitely be sth real bad for him to do tt. but well, as much as i didn't like tt really embarrassing moment, i must say tt i was really glad tt mrquek did tt. for if not, our class would just step all over him like we've been doing the past few months. i dun tink our class deserve his kindness/patience. in fact, i tink he should have done tt like months ago, when our discipline was already deteoriating. i was tinking tt perhaps, they (the guilty ones) have learnt their lesson.
but well. apparently

all seemed well at first. sci/engtest(which was rather do-able)/englit.
but noooo. we just deserved yet another scolding. this time by cikgusaripah, who gave an hour long lecture-scolding. and the trigger factor?
basically our poor performance in the latest letter-writing test. only a few got the full format correct. and ppl who have been doing well have deteoriated. and the not-so-good ones got worse. and long story short. she wasn't happy.=/
but well. luckily the lesson ended on a rather positive note. with some laughter in the later part of her scolding. hahahah. she loves to include sarcastic comments tt are funny in a way. and from there, the tension eased. xP
music. baorong complained to me tt the childish game has just resumed during mdmhulei's period.

i really give up on the class. they just never learn. and to tink everyone was in full force comdemning the coward the previous day.

boo you. there's maths test later. which i somewhat dread. well, after tt one helluva quiz tt got me mentalblock-ed last week. and it's not tt i haven't prepared; in fact, i did all the questions in the supplementary exercises, and i guess tt's enough. but hmmm...
sigh. i hope all goes well later. anyhow, wish me lucks ya ppl. (tho i bet no one will read this till in the afternoon. which is like after my test. but wateva.)
oh. and there's also the oralcomm assessment.

and again...
a week passed by just like tt. geez. time seems to fly really fast nowadays. hmmm. which is actually good in a way. coz soon, sch'll be over!!! =P but still, there's the much dreaded ct2 before tt. so yeah. hahahah.
anw. this week has been reallyreally fun. =) except for the mathsquiz which i totally flunked. 3/11. haiz. major okay. not really major larh. but just, disappointing all the same. but at least my maths ca is still an A+, and it'd better stay tt way. godwilling. coz pathetic me has only my maths for a hope of an A+. xP hahahah
tues! had an advanced b'dae celebration for mathan at seoulgardenamk. coz well, actually his b'dae was on wed, and everyone had ccas till late. so we settled for tues.
anw. it was funfunfun! really had a ball of a time. hahahah. we (me, yaoguang, mathan, dean, yiyang) spent a total of 3 hours there. eating, crapping, bitching (?), and watnots. wheee. yiyang was sucha piiig! hahahah. and he even brought back take-aways. xP crazy larh he.
whee. i just love spending time with this bunch of friends. =))) they're just so fun to be with. yay.
ohhh. and mathan was the one who paid. coz his mum told him to. hahahah. so cool. thanx ya. =)
hmmm. had suratkirimanrasmi test on thurs. which was fairly doable larh. and well. we had a superslack time during hmt on fri. coz cikgu was so nice and realised tt we were rather tired. and plus, we had a test just the day before. so we just simply went out to the astroturf steps, relaxing, while supposedly finding inspiration for a pantun. which none of us really did. hahahah. so yay. it was practially a free period. hahaha.
dun you just love slack lessons. heh. xP
and malaysianmontage photo collage yest was so fun! hahahah. =P
okayyy. enough of fun stuff. next. on to really academic stuff - subjectcombi!
hmmm. just had a briefing this morning. about the various course options, etc., which was rather boring actually. so draggy. but tt's besides the point. ANW. tripscigeog! for me, i guess. =)

... and a week flew by just like tt.
first and foremost. i was too lazy to update the blog, in case you were wondering. and erm, the week has been rather uneventful as well. except for tiny little stuffs here and there. tt dun really concern many of you. so yeah.
well. long story short - no mood, no content.
but wait. i can actually write abt anyth or sth and tt can be considered content.
so well. it really boils down to mood. uh, rite? yeah. it should be.

school (yet again)
welcome back to sch everyone!
yay. rite.
oh. and yes. the hols are over! =( sadly.
anw. term4 is the shortest term yet and will be the last hurdle (plus ct2 =X) before the long anticipated end-of-year hols. wheee. granted tt you can survive the term larh. but hmmm. since you've survived term3, i guess you'll definitely survive term4. xP
and sch today was kinda fun. yes.
fun. hahahah.
hm's assembly ended super early. it lasted for like 15 min at most. hahahah.
sci was kinda boring since we had a quiz which i was totally unprepared for. argh. how not dead am i. and erm. i dun recall learning most of the stuff in the quiz. =X

swimming! i like. "eyyy. i feel so violated." hahahah. tt was uttered by yours truly. boredom wat. oh. and finally i feel like i'm really learning swimming. xP and mralanlee is nice. yeah. =)
oralcomm. was not bad. i will have to re-present tho. but hey. he did say i had a good start. =) yay.
and we have a new
eng/lit teacher by the name of msyeo. =) okay larh. but at times, i wonder whether she's teaching prischchildren or us. hahahah. but i still miss the dramatic tone of mrscelinalim. keeps the class alive. =(

good strategy?
Q. What turned it around?
VENUS WILLIAMS: Uhm, well, I think I was playing decent, you know. And she started playing like really bad, and it totally threw me off. She started hitting, like, these really weird shots and short balls and, like, just weird stuff. Just like it threw my game off. Next thing I knew, I was playing as bad as she was, and she was able to recover, it seemed like; I just wasn't. I guess maybe it was a good strategy (smiling).

well. you noe just how dreams are always magically erased from our memories. yeah.
anw. the first one was about... ( drumroll pls ) britney spears. hahax. of all ppl. her. =X
in my dream, britney, my friend ( a britney fanatic. ewww... ), and me were walking down a street larh. and miraculously, britney was singing someday (i will understand) to herself, and perhaps the both of us as well, in her nice recorded voice. but it was really her real voice in my dream. so, oblivious to the fact tt it was a dream, i told my friend, "whoa. britney can really sing ah. as in using her nicenice voice. just like the recorded version". to which my friend replied, "well. she really can sing larh. just tt she screws up during her performances. such tt her nicenice voice just disappears." -changes to another dream-

long story short, the other two dreams were simply about schwork - me getting back my mathermatics portfolio and getting a zero for one of the sections xP , and the ripb room packing yest^2 ( tues ) not ending by lunch. hahax. but ahwell. the room packing did end by lunch. at around 11am. so yeah.
perhaps dreams are really the opposite of reality.

friends forever
it's raining now! yay. wat nice coooling weather to have in this warm and humid island little red dot. ( nudges mathan & yao. hahahah. xP ) nvm.
anw. i've just realised sth y'noe. ( yes. call me slow. >.< ) 3/4 of the academic year of 2005 is gone and we've left with less than a quarter more to go.
and tt being said, i realised tt i'm also left with tt much time to spend with my current classmates as a class. my sec1f/2f classmates. the ppl whom i had first gotten to noe on the first day i stepped into r YAY! GOOD RIDDANCE! =P
hahahah. yes. i noe i'm evil. there's not a need to remind me. heh.
hmmm. but really. in all seriousness. will i actually miss sec1f2004/2f2005?
