you've got mail
phew. finally got to see the all-important e-mail. tt was supposed to be sent straight to my hotmail inbox. but nooo. it has not ( and never will, i guess ) arrived in my inbox. initially thinking tt the guy has not yet sent the e-mail, i waited from like 9pm till like an hour ago. but to no avail. finally. i decided to go straight to the yahoogroup and tada! it was right there, in the msgs section. and yet. i did not receive it. at all. boooo.
plain weird. or perhaps it's just the laggy hotmail. but whatever. the only thing is tt i can't view the attachments since they are not stored in the yahoogroup itself. but nvm i guess. can just get the info tmr. at least i know about the stuffs tt's happening. which is more important rite now.
anyhow. sch's gonna be a lil hectic this week. not really tt hectic. but still hectic enough with the meetings and all. and not forgetting as well - the start of commontest2 ( otherwise affectionately known by many as the cts. xP )
yay. RITE. and i've not yet studied/revised/mugged for the first papers on friday. which are basically the languages - eng/lit and hmt. i tink. ( omg. i'm not even sure of the timetable. =X )
gosh. i'm so prepared for the cts man. =/
okay. this is a real wakeup call.

as in, her character is fasting in today's episode. tt is currently being shown on channel5.
coolness huh. and at the same time, rather weird. but hmmm. such a coincidence. tt the episode is actually being aired during the fasting month here.

okay. whatever. i was so lazy to write a title for this. so yeah.
anw. sch was not tt bad this week. =) so yayyy.
geogquiz on rivers, on wednesday was rather do-able. but was kinda disappointed. since i studied about the formation of features. and didn't really bother to pay much attention to the basics, which ( surprisesurprise ) the quiz was on. =/ totally disappointing. sigh.
anyhow. was really looking forward to the mathsquiz yest. i was all geared up to really do my best and get like full marks. since i did so badly for my previous quiz. ( rmbr? i
failed. =X )
hahahah. anw. on to the quiz. it was indeed rather simple. and last-min checks proved tt my ans are correct. so, when time was up, i handed in my paper, feeling so proud of myself. i thought to myself, 'i am
so gonna get full marks. hopefully.'.
but alas. it was not to be. coz baorong told me tt one of the ans for value of x in the second question ( oh. the quiz consiste of 2 questions, btw. ) had to be rejected, since tt value is not valid if used for the figure in the question. and i realised i only substituted the values for the equation, and not the figure itself. but hmmmm. they only wanted the value of x, by solving the equation. so, my ans should be correct wat. hahahah. okay. ignore tt. i'm just trying to find ways to make my ans accepted. so tt i will get full marks. xP
boo. =( hahahah. so sad. my first close brush will full marks for a maths quiz. ( i tink ) and it ended just like tt.

i know you
hmmmm. funny how some ppl just can't seem to talk to a rather regular acquaintance of theirs. okay. perhaps only me. xP
okay. wateva.
today was in short,
boring.
ccaverification, which was rather messy. i tot tt it could've been much more organised. ohwell.
maths/computer/englit/hist/philo.
okay. maybe not tt bad. but still, too much of an academic day for me. xP (yes. i know. i am sucha lazypoke.)
oh. and recess went by rather slowly. when i was done eating, there was still like 20min left. -.- hahahah
btw, the food was so-so. i still prefer kampungistimewa tho. oh. and it seems so much like an erm, american school cafeteria. o.O heh
so, it was basically, a boring and uneventful day.
( except when baorong tried to
seduce a traumatised yaoguang. =X hahahah. oh. and reliving our childhood days by playing the lame hands games. vampirevampirevampirechess... xP which turned into a very violent game at one point.

a leap of love
There is a wonderful ancient Western tradition that allows a woman to propose to a man. But only on 29 February. Only once every four years, in a Leap Year.
On such a momentous day, late one morning in modern Singapore, Li-ann, young, bright, beautiful, catches sight of Jeremy for the first time in a busy part of town. She realizes, with a start, that he is her dream man, and makes the move allowed by the Leap Year tradition.
hmmmm. i just have a weakness for romance fiction. tho the situations depicted, more often than not, never happen in reality. but well. who cares. =) wheee
hahahah. okay. wateva. oh. and btw, a leap of love was nothing short of a great read. =)
mum and dad are not yet back from my cousin's house. well, they were visiting my newly born nephew. so yeah. and hmmmm. i wonder if they were like so captivated by his cuteness and innocence tt they refuse to go home. hahahah. rite. such a thing could perhaps be true of me, but them. nah. hoho. xP oh. and yeah. i was too bored to tag along. ( yes. i am sucha bad uncle. i noe. =X )
oh. and there's some concert or sth at the plaza directly opp my house. coz apparently, someone's currently singing siti's dialah di hati. not bad, i must say. wait. on a second tot, it could just be a night malay wedding. hahahah.

hello. just (okay. not really.) got back from geylang like 2hrs ago. yeah. went there to see the official light-up of geylang. which was rather dull and boring. and the technical glitches didn't help as well. =/
hmmmm. a lot of ppl have been writing erm, reflections of sorts abt the year. how it's been, and all the memories. and of coz, how it's gonna end all too soon. i actually feel like doing so, but ohwell. i guess i shall just leave it to a more appropriate time, like say, the end of sch perhaps. =)

finally really start on catherine lim's a leap of love. borrowed it since last week, but have only managed to read like the first few pages. pathetic, i noe. anyhow. shall attempt to finish it by tonite, i guess.

raindrops keep falling on my head

anw. yayyy. it's raining real heavily rite now. i like cool weather like this. so cool. and not like the typical humid/hot/sunny weather tt singapore is
blessed with. hahahah.
oh. and yeah. the canteen is gone. =( booo. no more million dollar uncle. no more kampung istimewa. and it was so nice of the makcik to actually minta maaf to me if she ever terkasar bahasa and stuff when i bought from them yest afternoon. sigh
and tt reminds me. ramadan is just round the corner. =)
okay. shall stop this useless blogging.
